World Kagoshima People's Meeting
Reunión Mundial de los Kagoshimanos"

ZOOM MEET-UP, December 7, 2025.
Thank you very much for participating in the "2nd World Kagoshima People's meeting" the other day. Time was tight, so we couldn’t have a relaxed moment with each of you individually, but there was also an after-meeting following the main event, and I believe we all had an enjoyable time.
This time, we had two participants from the UK (Ms. Aya Burbanks and Ms. Shoko Uchisako) and Ms. Keiko Hamada from the Dominican Republic joining us for the first time. Everyone also presented on the activities happening in their respective regions. In particular, Mr. Hiraki from Northern California gave a fascinating talk about Japanese immigrants, which I believe should definitely be passed down to future generations. Thank you very much.

We look forward to presentations from various regions and stories about immigrants from different countries at the next meeting as well. We are also open to suggestions from everyone, so please feel free to reply to this email.
We hope everyone will join us again next time. We are tentatively planning for late May to around June of next year.
Wishing everyone a Happy New Year.
